These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bramley Plumbing website and any services we provide. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change if site conditions, scope, or materials differ from the original brief.
- Any variations will be discussed with you before additional work begins.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked job. Cancellations on the day of the work may incur a callout fee to cover travel and time set aside.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. For larger projects we may request a deposit before ordering materials.
5. Workmanship and warranty
- We stand by our workmanship and will return to correct any defect caused by faulty workmanship within a reasonable period.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products (e.g. geysers, pumps, panels) and are passed through to you.
- Our liability does not extend to damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or events outside our control.
6. Site access and safety
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known risks (electrical, structural, pets, etc.) before we begin.
